The window

You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange.

What we take back

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags on
• Caps and brain caps are final sale

What you get

Your choice: a refund to your original payment, or an exchange for another size.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay.

How to start

1. Email nito.net.net@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Ship it back with tracking.
4. Once it arrives and we check it, we'll send your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Sizing tip

Our tees are oversized. Size down if you want a true-to-size fit.
