Shipping policy
Every Lost Lovers order ships from the US.
US shipping
- Standard: $7
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Express: $15
When it ships
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Small-run drops sometimes take a little longer. If yours will, we'll email you.
How long it takes
- Standard: about 3–7 business days after it ships
- Express: about 1–3 business days after it ships
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Outside the US
We only ship inside the US right now.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it says delivered and you don't have it, email us at nito.net.net@gmail.com with your order number. We'll sort it out with you.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we can send it again once you pay the shipping.
